Registration Amount: A one-time registration fee of ₹1000 with 1 year validity is required to activate your tutor profile on our platform.
Commission: Our agency charges a commission of 60% on the total tuition fees collected from students. One Month Fees, No Pro-rata basis (20 days for Monthly, 12 days for alternative days class will count).
Free Demo: Tutors are required to provide a free demo session to prospective students/parents, which will be arranged by our agency.
Terms with Parent: Our agency will handle all communication and agreements with parents. Tutors, however, are allowed to negotiate or finalize days/fees directly with parents.
Demo Session Policy: If a tutor fails to deliver two consecutive demo sessions, their registration with our agency may be canceled.
Required Documents: Tutors must provide the following documents for verification:
ID Proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport)
Educational Proof (Degree Certificate / Mark Sheets)
Residence Proof (Utility Bill / Ration Card)
No Advance Fees: Tutors are not allowed to collect any advance fees from students or parents. All fees will be collected by our agency.
Fees Collection: Our agency will collect tuition fees from students/parents and disburse the tutor's share after deducting the commission.
Punctuality: Tutors are expected to be punctual for all demo sessions and regular tuition classes.
Reporting: After each demo session, tutors must report to our agency with feedback and outcome of the session.
Confidentiality: Tutors must maintain confidentiality of student information and tuition materials.
Professionalism: Tutors are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to our agency's code of conduct.
Cancellation Policy: If a tutor wishes to cancel their registration, they must provide 7 days' written notice to our agency.
Termination: Our agency reserves the right to terminate a tutor's registration if they fail to meet the terms and conditions or receive complaints from students/parents.
By registering with our agency, tutors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
